Hi everyone, My name is Ricardo Torres. I’m also known as Rico to friends and others! I was born in California but raised in North Carolina. I started my barber stylist career back in 2018. I earned my professional education in Fayetteville, North Carolina. As long as I could remember, I’ve always thought it was fascinating how a haircut could change how a person thought or felt about their selves. This profession also lets me see others enjoy the work they ask me to do for them. Therefore, it drives me to do better everyday. I’m excited for this year’s growth in both the team and the place I work within. The team and I welcome you all to a comfortable experience!!

I’m Andrew Dunn, I started cutting hair at the beginning of 2019. I went to One Stop academy in Fayetteville, Nc. It started off as just something I wanted to try, but after I did the first few haircuts, I knew I didn’t want to do anything else. It’s been something that I can challenge myself with daily and learn something new all the time. I love what I do, and look forward to the many years.

Growing up I loved when my mom would take me to the hair salon with her, i just watched her hairstylist do her thing and seeing her enjoy it too, since then i knew I wanted to be a hairstylist, now here i am, loving what I do & making people feel good about themselves in & out of the salon! My name is Kari Davis. I have been giving people hairstyles that make them feel beautiful and sharp since 2010. I studied Cosmetology at Richmond Senior High from 2006-2009. I have worked at 3 different locations since I’ve started. At the first place, I learned to be patient and build my clientele. The second place, I learned new techniques and learned how to be efficient in scheduling as my clientele began to grow. Lastly, the salon I am located at now, I enjoy doing new trendy techniques and styles. I love to play around with the latest looks and giving people confidence. Doing hair is my passion and I love seeing smiling faces when they leave my chair!

Nail Tech

I knew I wanted to be a nail tech when I started trying to do my own press on’s at 15. While years past by I always enjoyed watching people do the newest trends on my nails and building the structure. I finally went to beauty school and got my Nail Technician license at 19. My biggest struggles were gaining the confidence to do strangers nails and building clientele. I’d say one of the best parts of being a Nail tech is noticing that you can only get better with your technique and bonding with your clients.For the future I plan on going back to beauty school and getting my license to be an esthetician and Nail tech instructor.

Esthetician

Denita Cauley began her career in the beauty industry in 1999 as a consultant for a prestigious cosmetics brand. She cultivated her skills for over two decades as a freelance artist. Through this experience she mastered the art of makeup application and sharpened her knowledge of the science of skin. This led her to realize that “your makeup is only as good as the skin underneath,” and she decided to combine her artistry and love for skin care by becoming licensed as an esthetician. As the “go to” person for all things beauty for her friends, family, and community members, she thoroughly enjoys guiding clients on their skin care journey. By pursing her true passion, M.A.D. techniques was born. A unique service catered toward men and women.
